Sheaumann has achieved a breakthrough in DPSS laser technology, resulting in the first commercially available, hermetically-sealed 2.94µm laser module. With a windowed continuous-wave output of 1W, it is the highest power that has been produced from this type of compact package. A 0.75W fiber-coupled version is currently under development.
